HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once Shipped, you will be sent a tracking number to keep up with the location of your order. After a purchase is completed your order will be shipped within 72 hours. We will send you a tracking number using the email you have provided. To easily find your order we have a section on the top menu dedicated to tracking orders, labeled "Track Order".
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
We offer a simple refund policy, after delivery you have up to 15 days to request a refund. We will verify the delivery date through the tracking number provided. If the product is defective we will gladly work with you to find the optimal solution.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We want to ship the orders as soon as possible in order to keep you (the customers) happy. Because of this we only allow a 30 minute window after the order is placed for a cancellation.
Usually it takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks to get the product to you. But considering the current situation we please ask you to allow an extra 1-2 weeks to get your shipment to you. If your product is still not delivered within the time frame, please contact us through email at: Info@puplar.com.
